How are orders processed?
Once your order is submitted, we will confirm it within 2 hours, and you will receive an email containing the order details.
After confirmation, we will ship the order within 1 business day. Currently, our warehouse processes shipments Monday through Friday.
If I purchase multiple items, will they arrive at the same time?
We ensure that all items are shipped together. You will receive a shipping notification email once the items have been dispatched.
Can I change the delivery address after the package has been shipped?
Unfortunately, we cannot change shipping information once the items are in transit. However, you may cancel your order within 60 minutes of placing it and re-order with the correct information.
Important Note:
If a customer cancels an order more than 1 hour after placing it, they will be responsible for any return shipping costs incurred.
If a package is lost or unrecoverable due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, the customer bears the loss; Staudeu will not provide a replacement or a refund.
