How to return an item?

Please note
We offer free return services in the following cases:
Logistics issues: No tracking updates for more than 15 days.
The product has serious defects or quality issues.
For other return requests, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Returns:
You must return the item within 30 days of notifying us of your decision to cancel the order. Unless the item is defective or we have agreed otherwise, you are responsible for return shipping costs.
Refunds:
We will refund all payments received from you (including standard shipping costs) within 10 days of receiving the returned item. Refunds will be issued via the original payment method used for the purchase.
Exceptions:
